My attorney is taking his owwwwn time.. Could there be any reasons for this?

Looks like the EAD CPO email is based on the category EB3 or EB2.I have seen EB2 people that applied at the same time as a EB3 and the EB2 folks are getting approvals.
I have applied on Jul 10th and there is nothing for me.I have see atleast 4-5 people who have filed at the same time as me or even after me and got approvals.
Is the EAD renewal also driven by
1) Labor PD
2) The fact that you are current or not as per current bulletin.

Blacks, Latinos and even us Indians have reservation in the US. We get reservations right from Kinder garden, thru college and job opportunities. Many Federal govt. contracts are reserved for minorities and women.

My I-140 was approved by NSC in feb 2007, and my I485 was delivered on aug 10 to TSC.
1. Does anyone think that my case might be transfered to NSC (since I140 was approved there).
2. Can i file for AP without getting recipt for 485 (instead of recipt i am planning to attach the fedex delivery notice)
3. Is there any way i can find whihc center is having my application.

I don't mean to be rude but what do you propose? All I hear is if we ask for fixes "they" are going to come after us in some other way.
Should EB immigrants just accept to wait in line for 10-15yrs without knowing if they will be approved in the end?
I don't speak for IV but I gather IV doesn't condone abuse of the H1B program. We will be better off if the rules are imposed as they were intended.

Could you provide details on your POA (Plan Of Action) .. how are you going to go about facing them, confronting them, demanding justice? I'd be happy to pitch in.

Very well written. We need this kind of language material to present to our friends. You got my contribution. How do I donate $20? I don't see tab for that money on page. Minimum for one time contribution I see is $100. Also is there any way that I do not have to use paypal and directly use my cc to pay?
Also not all of us are as good in writing or speaking the same language. I am glad you understand the pains of IV core but unfortunately all of us have not gone through the same things as you have. So we surely need some convincing on part of IV. This post I see is right step. I need some more info to present to my friends, as to why they should contribute. That would be perfect.
